Precision Feeding for Complex Geometries

POINT-Riser® sleeves are highly exothermic feeding solutions developed for machine molding applications where accurate riser positioning and minimal contact area are critical.

  • Self-centering inner contour ensures rapid and precise placement on molding lines
  • Feeder neck diameter serves as the only contact area, enabling exact riser positioning
  • Ideal for restricted areas such as cams, ribs, and thin sections
  • Modular system allows combination with exothermic reduction plates and metal breaker cores (ME sheets) for application-specific customization

PXT-PKXT-Riser®

Stable Feeding on High-Pressure Molding Lines

The PXT-PKXT series combines a highly exothermic riser body with a metal sleeve connection, delivering reliable feeding performance on high-pressure molding lines.

  • Depressurized riser system minimizes impact of compaction forces on the riser

The NET-Technology®

The central element of NET-Technology® is a specially developed refractory fabric mesh, which is reliably inserted between the riser and the casting. After the casting has solidified, this fabric becomes a predetermined breaking point of the riser neck, allowing riser rests to be reliably removed from the casting with minimal effort and eliminating the risk to surface quality.
