Overview for VComp-SP®

MPM Infosoft has developed VComp-SP®, a Variable Compactability Control Software that leverages current and real-time data from SCADA and sensors to enable foundries to dynamically predict and variably adjust Compactability set-points at the mixer/controller. The software enhances the compactability controller by transforming process data into valuable insight and proactive control over one of the most critical ratios in a foundry sand system: the Compactability-to-Moisture ratio.
