As an add-on service for our customers, MPM invites samples of their green sand for evaluation of several key parameters useful in controlling the foundry green sand molding system.

Based on our wide experience in foundry green sand systems where our products perform daily, we also offer our comments & views on the results obtained to supplement the assessment of our customers analysis of the sand results.

To achieve the above, MPM has facilities & capabilities for testing the basic sand control parameters for foundry green sand.

MPM also deputes it’s team of qualified metallurgists & chemists to customer sites wherever their products are under trial or being applied regularly, in foundry green sand systems, on the invitation of the concerned foundry, to help monitor the introduction or application process for the customer.
